Fly High Cheer and Tumble

FlyHigh Strength offers youth and adult classes for all ages and skill levels. For our youth, we offer sports performance classes named Test Pilots. Test Pilot is a research-based workout regimen that tests the athlete at the beginning of the program and then periodically throughout to show progress and allows us to adapt the athlete’s workouts. The program focuses on power and strength development through research-based base drills and instruction through weight training, agility, speed, jumping, and explosiveness. The last part of the program is cardiovascular development in the form of functional movements with the athlete in mind. Our adult classes offer strength and functional-based fitness. All classes are kept to a minimum size to ensure personalized instruction and coaching.
