Coach Matt has been in the fitness industry for 22 years. He has been an avid competitor in CrossFit competitions and ventured into the world of competitive bodybuilding for three years. Coach Matt has two personal training certifications and is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Matt has been teaching with the youth for over 23 years and has found my passion as a youth fitness instructor at Fly High Strength for the past two years. His passion is helping adults and youth achieve confidence in life and respective sports. He has enjoyed spending time with my family, watching my children play sports, and camping in my free time.
